No one is like hated really but there is people who are def disliked because they're not as fun. I would say the least liked frat is sig Ep or kappa sig and the least liked sorority is IGU or phi

The most hate you'll find is from this site. In reality enough people rush that everyone gets a pledge class and everyone generally likes each other because they ended up where they wanted so there's no need to hate on other people who ended up where they wanted.
