As a mdidle/top tier sorority girl (depending on who you ask lol) I personally haven't had enough interactions with Sig Ep to form an opinion. What are their pros/cons? I've heard they used to be undisputed top but have free fallen since

Cons- mostly all weird brothers these days, no real house, basically everything
Pros- not much. They're kinda nice

pros- nice brothers, decent philanthropy, fun parties
cons- no lettered house, not a ton of brothers, canceled their all greek party

not sure if theyre still a chapter but when I was a freshmen they had 45 and we went there all the time

What happened? They never seemed to bounce back after losing their original house... being persecuted afterwards didn't help.
