phi sig
by: CuriousAs a mdidle/top tier sorority girl (depending on who you ask lol) I personally haven't had enough interactions with Phi Sig to form an opinion. What are their pros/cons? Seems like most people have a strong opinion, either love them or hate them. Will they improve/decline this year?

basically, they have a reputation for being weird because of older brothers and have been a bottom tier frat until they started throwing more parties, better brothers, etc...anyway they are now in the middle and
pros: lettered house on campus, decent presence on campus, somewhat nice guys (not really frat type guys)
cons- considered "geedy", typically not good looking, still pretty weird vibe over all

pros: Fun parties/mixers, dogs, a lot of their newer members are good looking, keep their house relatively clean considering , not the typical frat guy
Cons: some of the older brothers are a little weird, the basement can get a little ratchet, somee are a bit "geedy"
Overall: nice guys who have fun parties and mixers, some of the older guy are a bit weird but they seem to be trending in the right direction
