Disagree all you want, this is opinion but still as of recent events & rumors this is realistic. There are rumors of houses being lost, people getting in trouble, scandals and etc. This is based on everything up to today & is done with the least bias possible. A lot of it based on opinions from all different types of people. Some may be able to push up or down but this is fair based on criteria of philanthropy, sports, academics, campus engagement, and social life as well as a slight factor of representation in respective Greek council divisions.

ThetaChi: House is big and on campus, lots of guys, mix alright,
Pike: Solid house, mix the most (greek/non greek), philanthropy solid, sports are solid
PhiSig: Alpha chapter, big house, on campus always, academics solid, sports alright
TKE: sports are best, philanthropy strong, lack house
AEPi: have multiple houses (subject to change), mix well with sororities/non greeks
SigEp: Lack true house, remain present in off campus, philanthropy is solid, mixers middle ground
KappaSig: House is solid, bad location, up and coming sports/philanthropy and growing numbers
PiKapp: nicest guys, strongest academics, lack social, solid house (arguable best physical house)
