Kappa- expensive dues (because of having a house) extensive new member period, live in requirement, really only mix with pike and sports teams
SK-kind of expensive dues (because of having a house, strict social media rules, only really mix with theta
SDT- INTENSE new member period, kinda expensive dues (again, having a house you have to pay fees even if you don't live in the house), live in requirement, really only mix with aepi
aephi- intense new member period, no house
Chi o- very expensive dues (house and just expensive in general), EXTREMELY strict rules, far away house, long new member period with lots of rules but no actual hazing
AXO- known as socially awkward and don't mix with top houses as much, no house
IGU- intense new member period, known for being super weird and kinda looked down on for being local, old house, don't mix as much with top houses.
Obviously these are just the bad things, there's soooooo many positive things about each house!
