Usually recruitment outfits for pnms are the same every year so I would suggest having two outfits that are nice but casual (i.e. Nice jeans and a cute top with wedges). Also have one outfit that's about as dressy as a sundress, and one outfit that's semi formal (a nice dress and wedges or heels). Each day gets a little dressier
