Let's get real, the best frat for freshman/sophmore guys to be rushing is theta chi, followed by tke or phi sig. Pike has fallen off and AEPi doesn't have a house worth noting.

Phi sig is one of the worst frats...they're awkward, not cute, only throw geed parties and don't mix with the top sororities

Not sure why people still hold on to this idea of phi sig being bad. They mix with SK, SDT, chi o and even kappa occasionally. Their geed parties are terrible, but having been her for going on my 4th year, phi sig is no where near as terrible as it used to be
