sorority dues

Does anyone know how much dues usually are a semester for a sorority? I know people probably can't give exact answers I'm just looking for ballpark estimates because I really want to rush as a freshman but I would be paying for it myself.

it differs by whatever sorority you end up, but anywhere between $500-$900/semester or $1000-1,800 a year! keep in mind many/most pay for their owns and usually chapters will let u do payment plans and u can save up

Dues can be expensive and also remember that there are additional costs to being in a sorority (shirts, crafts, philanthropy events) but every chapter offers payment plans and also typically if you live in the house it works out being cheaper with dues than on campus housing.
