Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at University of Massachusetts Amherst - UMA 3.0 They have some good houses for parties, but a lot of weird guys, Need to really work on image and recruitment. I think they'll be gone in a couple of years.

Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at University of Massachusetts Amherst - UMA 4.6 Zbt significantly improved from last year, they got a pretty nice party/mixer house and their sorority relations are starting to get good, especially with SDT. If they continue to have good rushes, no reason why they can't keep getting better. Their parties have been so lit.

Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at University of Massachusetts Amherst - UMA 3.2 Solid middle tier frat on the come up. They got their old original house back this year and are finally getting the ball moving in the right direction with decent class numbers in recent semesters. Parties are usually good. Average for looks with some really good looking and some others that aren't at all.

Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at University of Massachusetts Amherst - UMA 5.0 yet another frat that I checked out last year and definitely could be at the top with a house. I checked out a few of the smaller frats on Phillips and found that these guys are great they just need a house to be recognised.
