Good party house, but pretty sure they lost it to TKE. Their mixers can either be lit or awkward. I always see girls from other sororities at their open parties, across. Definitely on the come up but really need to work on their image. Pretty sure they also took over Pike's philanthropy. Can be competitive, but not active enough

Sigma Chi - ΣΧ Fraternity at University of Massachusetts Amherst - UMA 3.8 My sorority had a mixer with them and it was one of the most fun I've ever been to. It's unlikely for a new frat to have hot guys but they do. Ive been to their open parties too and every single girl and guy was like a 10/10
