Their brotherhood is horrific because they just recruit for numbers and do not care about their image. A lot of weird and creepy brothers, very squiddy. Have no sorority relations or campus involvement.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Massachusetts Amherst - UMA 1.0 Stop with the self ranking. Any greek at UMass knows they are bottom tie and weird af, so undeserving of that house. AXO likes to go there to relive their glory days of living in that house. Anyways, give it to someone who deserves it.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Massachusetts Amherst - UMA 4.0 Pi kapp has one of the nicest houses on campus but I feel like they don't use it enough. I thought they were the honors frat that wasn't social but they've definitely gotten more fun through recruitment. They're on the rise and I'm curious about what future mixers with them will be like

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Massachusetts Amherst - UMA 2.8 Amazing house, probably best looking house (need to see the inside for yourself), but why they have that house IDK. Small, just started throwing parties again, and not really good looking. May get some sororities if they throw more mixers!
