you have to realize that this website is in no way accurate when it comes to ranking fraternities. The fact that you took the time to call it out is kind of ridiculous. How about you leave an actual rank based upon experiences with them.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Massachusetts Amherst - UMA 4.2 We had a mixer with them and been invited to some of the closed parties. The guys are really great people to talk to and hang out with, and they are definitely coming up in the ranks. Every party I have been to has left me with a positive experience. Lots of potential to become higher up, and an amazing house too!

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Massachusetts Amherst - UMA 3.8 Ahhhhh, the nice guys. A good amount of these posts are self ranks but some are actually pretty accurate. I know a lot of guys in pikapp and they used to be pretty weird but over the past two years they've changed a lot. Definitely recruiting better and I'm glad to see them doing well. Also a really pretty house

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Massachusetts Amherst - UMA 5.0 We had a highlighter mixer with them and it was insane! The brothers are super nice and their house is definitely the best by far!!
