House is in disarray, parties are always way too crowded and not fun. Guys aren't particularly friendly and they don't take care of other Greeks. Don't seem to be too involved either on campus.

they are pretty and have a beautiful house......but they dont have as strong of a bond as other sororities. they aren't as close, and just seem to be too into themselves.

Pi Kappa Phi isn't Pike. So ignore that rating. Pi Kapp is mostly filled with guys who are nice and down to earth.

Ratings are outdated due to the aforementioned roof incident. Not sure if they are even still on campus, I think they lost their charter. Either way, very little presence anywhere now.
