Sig Ep was already on their way out since they lost all their cool guys. Now they don't have that awesome house so they won't be able to have open parties at all really. Good frat but it's sad to say they're probably gonna be gone soon.

Sig Ep actually will have a house on phillips st next year so its not like they don't have anything. these are a great bunch of guys who know how to party and throw parties. they are all normal chill guys as well, not weird and very hot. love them!
