Anything good is a self rating, they aren't "taking over" they accept everyone. Sign a piece f paper and you're in. The girls act as if they're the hottest group of girls out there. Easy? yes. Hot? no.

I have no idea how they have such a high rating, I've heard nothing but bad things about them unless your talking to one of the egotistical brothers. I went to check it out for myself and the parties I attended sucked.

I love this brotherhood, this semester their parties have been sick. Brothers are great guys and awesome to hangout with. There house is in the works right now going to be awesome when it's done. If your looking for a good time this is definitely a great spot to go

All positive rankings are from when they had an actual house. Now they just suck. The brothers weren't good to begin with, they just had awesome parties, but that no longer exists.

Although the house is under construction, their parties have been really fun recently and all the old scumbag brothers are gone. Parties are kinda hard to get in, but they are very respectful guys and nice to hang around with.

Know a lot of the guys in this frat and can I just say, DAYUMMMM! Not only are they all super hot, but they're also freaking amazing guys. A few of the pledges live in my building and they are some of the nicest guys I've ever met. Keep up the good work, Kappas!
