Most of the reviews are poor because people want the guys to "throw down" and basically host open and unregulated parties. The guys are awesome and know how to balance work and social life which is the whole foundation of what a real fraternity or sorority should be.

Preppy girls, some very hot ones. They seem nice and are fun to mix with. They are such an extremely diffrent type of girls than AEphi and SDT it just dousnt seem fair to compare them but they are def top tier

Used to be a top house at UMass but lost their house and tons of brothers disaffiliated. They are now on the rise and slowly working their way back up but are by no means close to top fraternities like Pike and AePi. They are somewhat fun to mix with but are more known for open parties with GDIs. Some of the brothers are really cool but a lot are very weird and socially awkward.
