The last two comments are clearly confused. Definitely a social frat, their parties are awesome. And if tiers went by the sororities they hang out with the most, they're top tier. The house is practically crawling with kappas. Not to mention, the guys are genuinely nice guys.

Was rushing them, but I need to settle in my freshman year. Literally the most genuine brotherhood out of any fraternity I went to events for. I'm def rushing again in spring
