These guys aren't perfect, but definitely ignore the slander from other fraternities on this page. Nice big house in the best location on campus, the brothers are always very respectful to girls at their house. Socially they throw parties almost every weekend, themed parties and date parties are always fun but regular parties can be very geedish and overcrowded. Looks wise the house is very split, a handful of brothers are very good looking and a few are not at all, as a whole average looks

This fraternity has some cool brothers but its not a real fraternity. They have no house except some small apartment 30 miles from campus. Their brotherhood is a joke, they started their chapter by literally handing out bids and you didn't even have to pledge. If you want to wear letters and pretend to be in a fraternity then join here. Otherwise look to top tiers pike, theta chi which have strong brotherhoods and sick houses. Or look to some middle tiers like sig ep, AEPI, TKE, alpha sig.
