These guys have hit a rock bottom period for the past three years. I don't blame them since they took a huge hit with losing their schoolhouse years ago. They do need to work on their classiness though, especially at parties. Good thing is, they know their place and still have their pride. Recruitment was a bit shaky but improving. Needs a better recruitment approach and community wide involvement. Still wouldn't join tho

These Pi Kaps are keeping it real with their involvement, but it appears their recruitment is suffering. I personally respect them because of their management. Huge decline period, which I don't blame them for. Needs to up their recruitment skills as well as their social skills, other than that they're good. Wouldn't join tho

I personally don't like the Pikes and they sure as hell don't like non-Pikes. These guys are a pure example of a large Fraternity's minority destroying the majority's reputation; a hand full of guys tarnish their rep. However, they're solid in numbers which is due to their recruitment (amazingly unaffected by their non-Greek rep); however the NIBs of this past year are a bit shaky, good with the Sororities though. Philanthropy was decent this year, but Greek social events were lacking.

Interesting Fraternity to rate. They have their major ups and downs, like their new pledge classes and community service (but who hasn't this past year?). I would personally not join because of their recruitment tactics, however they do manage well. Needs to earn more respect from Greek community and work more on their brotherhood.

Stop self ranking, and actually get your ratings truthfully.

These guys demonstrate what real fraternity men should be like

Fun to mix with. Get along with everyone, and they are all really chill. Their pledge classes get hotter each year and they constantly murder Greek week.
