Not top tier yet, but could get there by throwing better parties and exchanges, doing more for philanthropy, recruiting better and being closer as brothers. The house is a huge asset for them but is not enough to make them top tier just yet

Attractive group of girls but are very selective who they hang out with and tend to be a little stuck up. Sisterhood seems very strong and campus involvement is pretty good

Aepi has always been one of my favorite frats so I'm a little biased, but I think it is their time to shine at UMass. Taking over not just Clockey but also the Ski and Board house means they are going to be able to do much bigger things than they did last semester. These guys can be a little rowdy (they love to drink) and sometimes don't come off the nicest but they really do mean well and care about each other and greek life at UMass so much. In my mind they are without a doubt top tier.
