Right there with Pike and Theta Chi at the top of UMass Greek Life. Great house with a very involved brotherhood. Definitely throws the most parties on campus but they can be more quantity over quality at a point. Diverse group of brothers, some are very attractive and outgoing, some can be downright antisocial

Their reputation took an incredible hit after they felt the need to rat on Phi Sig for their Blarney party. Theta is definitely top tier, but they need to check their egos because the guys right next door to them and Pike down the street are just as good

Pretty obvious theta chi after trying to rat on these guys had a little hissy fit and wrote a bunch of negative reviews about these guys. Lets be honest, phi sig, pike, and theta chi are the top frats on this campus and always will be because they have the best houses and throw the best parties. Theta chi has the biggest house, phi sig throws the biggest parties, and pike is pike.
