there's a reason Kappa has a reputation for for being the top house. over the past few years Kappa had become so much more involved. the girls I know in Kappa have such a stronger friendship than any girls I've met in other chapters. overall really awesome girls

Theta Chi is a great group of guys, but for them to be considered a top level fraternity is not valid. They are very involved and have probably one of the best houses out of Greek Life (Cannot be disputed). But they lack the true fraternity feel, and give off a young high school vibe. Apparently they also rat out others for self righteousness. They have potential to be better, but need to be more consistent, and less shady/eager to "be the best".

They get a bad rap, just because others listen to social media and non credible word of mouth. As a friend of someone in Greek Life, they definitely do more than people think. This is still the top tier fraternity, and have the strongest drive out of anyone from what I've seen.

Full of some of the coolest girls at UMass. They may not mix as often as other sororities but this is because many members place a higher emphasis on academic success than I have seen from many other sororities. Phenomenal sisterhood, and some of the most genuinely kindhearted girls I have had the pleasure of meeting at UMass. Top-tier.
