ZBT is awesome. They throw great parties consistently, almost every weekend and are always very respectful and mad chill. Pretty good in intramural sports and have a tight brotherhood. Great group of guys.

Have a nice house although not sure what their current situation is cause they got into some trouble recently. Not that great a frat, a lot of self ranking to boost their ratings. A lot of squids because they have no standards. Bad sorority relations cause it’s the fallback fraternity when rushes can’t get into frats that actually have standards.

So terrible, I often forget that they are a frat on campus because they are so irrelevant. They think they are lit but they have arguably the worst parties on campus.

A lot of self ranking here by their own brothers. Their house is garbage and extremely hot and sweaty like a sauna. They have no standards when it comes to giving rushes bids. Bad sorority relations and strictly rely on the Phillips street freshman crowds to throw parties that aren’t even that good.

New fratnerity on campus, not that great. Good location for their house but their parties are very weak. Bad sorority relations and they try to recruit for numbers. Still bottom tier but there is worse at umass for sure.

Great fraternity, the brothers are cool and they throw really good parties. Getting more involved on campus in recent semesters. Sorority relations are ok.

Not even that close to being top. House is small and too far from campus. Small Brotherhood and not that popular.
