Know a bunch of guys from their fall pledge class and they’re all pretty chill. For the 25% of a school year that they’re not suspended they’re the top house on campus. Heard their mixers aren’t that great but they have a great house and crazy opens to start the semester. Have a known rep for being douchey but I haven’t experienced that

Unbiased review. Phi sig is pretty greasy. Two things come to mind when thinking of them: Taco Bell and Pedro from Napoleon dynamite cuz half of them have that mustache. Rly popular with freshmen at start of year (and whenever theta inevitably gets suspended). As a srat social chair I’ll say their social chair was a hard to deal with douche. They’ll never lose that house so they’ll always be top tier

For all incoming freshmen: Kappa is the best srat at UMass. If you’re pretty and u party then you’ll probably get in. Helps if you’re blonde but you’ll probably end up becoming a fake blonde once u join anyways lol
