Definitely bottom tier. They hand out bids like candy. Brothers are nice and parties are easy to get into, but the guys are painfully awkward and campus involvement is nonexistent. Better recruitment could go a long way for these guys.

Top tier for sure. SK mixes with them all the time and they've had a bunch of quads with Phi Sig and Chi O too. House location isn't ideal but they're still always full whenever there's an open party. House is clean and the basement with wrap-around bar is pretty cool
