Seems to have gotten better with the new pledge classes. I see these sisters involved in a lot on campus and in the library a lot. Top consideration before I go into recruitment.

When I first got to UMBC they were nothing like they are now and have improved a ton. They're a surprisingly close sisterhood but could still use some work.

These girls are only out for #1 and don't stand up for each other at all. That being said, individuals in this sorority are really nice and fun, they just have some issues as a group

If you want sisters who will actually be nice to you don't join phi sig. They're hot but they have a clique problem and aren't even nice to each other.

Hands down the lost unique sorority af UMBC. They get bigger and better with each new class and seem to be some of the friendliest sorority girls on campus. Definitely the ones to beat this Spring recruitment.

Always see a group in the library or Starbucks. They're one of the best to have socials with and are nice when you get talking to them
