There's a huge split in personalities. They're new to campus, and don't have very good morals. Social media you only see the same select 3 or 4 girls over and over again.

Realistically, good at sports and grades. No pledging means they seem to let more weirdos in, but all around ok guys. Low rating is only to balance out the ego boost they seem to have given themselves ;)

Honestly... have a good friend that's a brother here. They are very segmented and don't feel like a brotherhood in most frats but in a bad way. Some of them straight up hate other groups of them from what I see. Some dudes are great and a blast and other I could have gone my whole life without meeting and have been better off.

Weak sorority. They were one of the best the past couple of years but have gone extremely downhill. Big drama with girls being kicked out for little reason and others dropping left and right. The terms sisterhood, loyalty, and good leadership mean nothing to them. Extremely materialistic and not well bonded. DONT JOIN

Pi beta phi has a good sense of sisterhood and secrecy. One of the only chapters on campus where you don't know what's going on. All the sisters I've met have been really nice.
