Ever since it got warm out, I always see the Delta guys dartying in the yard and playing games. Looks like a lot of fun..if I could I would rush Delta.

Their house is on campus which makes it terrible for partying. The guys are kind of strange too imo. Mid tier frat right now, but in the future they probably will be near the bottom tbh.

They don’t really throw parties at all, and their house is destroyed lol. After Pike left, they trashed the house. They also give out bids like stimulus checks. Liter Anyone can get a bid here. Going down fast.
