gpa requirements

Hi I am an incoming frosh and only have an unweighted gpa of 2.7 and a weighted of 3.3 is that enough for sorority rush or should I not even bother?

They are going to look at the unweighted and no 2.7 is not enoug

Heard that during last year's rush girls lied about their GPAs by inflating them. Do the houses check accuacy of GPAs?

Yes, and if you say you have a 4.0 or whatever and we get notified you have a 2.7 you're done. But if you say you have a weighted 3.3 and that's true, just don't put your 2.7 down. Most houses are okay with weighted gpas. Just don't lie. Everything gets verified.

Yes. Panhellenic sends actual GPAs from the high school transcripts to the houses. Don't lie, the chapters will know.
