Someone still posting tier rankings...
There is no such thing as top tier..
Every frat and sorority has good and bad so whoever post this crap , grow up , get in the real world and be mature and and get over yourself. Maybe when you are a senior you will realize how foolish you have been.

Theres definitely tiers, you cant tell me that theta chi is as good of a house as beta no matter what. Its basically the popular kids in high school vs the unpopular kids. Betas have money, theta chis dont, betas get girls, theta chis dont.
If thats not a tier system then idk what is.

Believe it or not some people aren't as shallow and materialistic as you are. Some people care about genuine friends and happiness. Sad you think only those with money are worth hanging out with. You are indeed a sad sad person. I feel sorry for you
