The judges don't know which houses are top and which houses are bottom. They are music teachers, past alum, dancers, and theatre directors who know their stuff. They read the script, and watch for the best acting, singing, and dancing. Rock chalk revue is not a joke to them, as many of them are heavily involved in it every year. They do not do a pity vote. They want the best of the best to be in and THAT is how they choose. Not by the Greek letters associated with the show.
