I honestly think ZBT guys have the best parties, plus the guys are super hot considering they are handpicked by good looks and personality.

The frats that welcome all the Greek girls and have fun themed parties are by far the most fun. If they behave like gentlemen that is an added bonus !

Could not agree more! A house can never be a top house if it's exclusive and cliquish with only certain sororities. That's why the best parties are at PKP, DDD, DX. There are always a ton of girls from all over at their parties. They welcome everyone. The worst houses are Beta and Sigep. It's college you should take this opportunity to meet all kinds of people and some houses just don't get that.

Sigep, beta, and phi psi.

phi psi and sigep had the party of the year last year with Waka Flocka.
Sigep and Beta had questionably the second best on halloween.

lets hope they have the same parties again this year.

Two frats had to join forces to get enough people. That was a date party and not a party that everyone could attend. Cliquish exclusive frats never branch out and their parties are all the same people and boring boring boring.

The best houses invite all the girls to have a better party and selection and diversity. It doesn't take a high gpa to figure that out.
