why is beta so polarizing?

Seems like half on here say it's a top house, while others slam it. Seems like the reviews are super bi-polar, more so than other frats. Why is this? Do most think it is good house or not?

There's no such thing as a top house but Beta is academically strong and conducts themselves as gentlemen and those that don't slam betas

Beta is the best and always has been and always will be. Other houses try to take them down but they're just too good.
