Pi Phi and Kappa are the top houses at KU, all the girls are friends with each other. All the top girls from KC go Pi Phi or Kappa. Chi O and Thetas can be cool and yes have great grades but consider themselves to be the top houses because they think they cut harder during rush because of grades. G Phi is good house and grades, they fit in more with Pi Phi and Kappa in the top three. These five houses overall have the best grades, generally speaking.

Pi phi is EIGHT in grades!!! NOT a top house. Girls are MEAN. If by "top" you meant to say mean rude and manipulating, well then yes I guess.
