Beta, by far! Phi psi is definitely improving, but even so, when I go to them, guys kinda grabby and creepy.

As a member of a different fraternity from these two, this is what i've heard:

Phi psi is always fun and usually pretty crazy, but the guys can get creepy sometimes.

Beta is where girls go if they want to have a "girls night" and sing and dance with their friends.

Personally I think Phi Psi sounds better, but its whatever you make of it I guess. Although, I think that what girls say about Beta is hilariously, that they go there for girls nights... how embarrassing.
