Sigma kappa should be lower. They are not a good house

I would much rather date, be friends with, hang out with ,or even just talk to any girl from one of the 5 middle tier houses then I would any girl in a supposed top 5 house. they are just as beautiful for the most part but are much better people most importantly. They are more down to earth, fun to be with, and definitely not stuck up like the majority from the top 5 houses.

15 years ago Kappa was a normal house with nice girls, lots were pretty, lots weren't, but they were like by just about everybody. My sister has said it sounds like Kappa and Gamma Phi have switched places, and Sigma Kappa and Adpi flip flopped too. AGD was acceptable when they had a house. Bottom line, things change, and reputations aren't forever.

I heard about this site from a younger coworker. Why am I posting, I have no clue. But if anyone cares in 2000, the tiers were:
Top - pi phi, kappa, theta, chio, gamma phi
Middle - tri delt, dg, axo, kd
Bottom - adpi, sdt, agd
The stereotypes sound pretty similar too, except kappa wasn't so hated by everyone! That's really all that's changed from what I can see.

Ha ha! Pi Phi and G Phi are the best. Theta and Kappa are decent, but not nearly as much fun!

Pi Phi & Gphi are def # 3 & 4 on campus. Miles ahead of those fighting for the 5th spot.

I only bring Kappas back to my frat castle.
