Pi Phi, Kappa, and Theta are great, but so are Gamma Phi and Chi O, too. They are actually all different but equal.

Sigma kappa is not a middle tier house as someone would have so much liked us to beluve when posting below. Nice try though. They are lower middle or right there in the middle of those five houses. Not even close to DG or being a top house.

Top five is pretty clear...pi phi, kappa, theta, g phi and chi o. wouldn't say there was particularly "one" that was the best, they all have different aspects that make them great.

Agree with top houses, and there is definitely a middle tier with 5 houses and a bottom tier with the remaining three. Hard to rank the top and middle five in any order bc they all have strengths and weaknesses that most will not
agree on. In all, KU is pretty lucky to have 10 or so pretty good houses.
