Both sides of the rankings are terrible, so setting the record straight:

Top Tier Sororities:
Kappa, Pi Phi...then Chi O, Theta, and maybe G Phi

Top Fraternities:
Sigma Chi, Phi Psi, Phi Delt, Beta

The only advice you need is to disregard literally every single thing on this website and truly keep an open mind during rush. You'll end up dropping & hating your life if you join a house solely for the prestige or because it's 'top'.
