I think we can all agree on these rankings for the MOST part:
TOP: (no specific order) Phi Delt, Sig Ep, Sigma Chi, Beta, DU, Phi Psi
MIDDLE: (no specific order) Delta Chi, Pi Kapp, SNu, SAE
BOTTOM: (no specific order) Fiji, ATO, DTD, Triangle
Didn't include frats without houses or Kappa Sig because people tend to have mixed opinions.

Get sigep out of top they only socialize with very few select girls/houses. (Poster is obviously a Gphi). Du is mostly irrelevant and usually considered a bottom house..
Delta Chi and DTD are both top houses. They have awesome parties and not creepy at all. Could have a little higher gpa but there are way more important qualities to have.
Sigma Nu is easily a solid bottom house.

SigEp is not a top house. They do not socialize enough. They are really cliquish. If you consider them a top house then you are one of the few girls that go there. SigEp is no fun to go to cause of all the groupies giving out death stares. Du rarely has parties so how are they top? If you only have a select small group of girls over how does that make you a top house? It makes you snobbish.
DTD is one of the most fun house on campus. Their parties def don't just have Adpi and KDs and if you went to KU you would know this. Damn stop hating. They have some of the hottest guys and a large number of ROTC guys who are smoking hot and not creepy at all.
Sigma Nu has way too many creeps and they are obsessed with DG which makes them less desirable as a whole. Anytime a house only socializes with one or two houses it makes them a bottom house. At KU there is no room for exclusion or thinking certain people are better. If you do that it automatically makes you bottom

Your opinion is they are a top house but the majority of KU considers them a middle house at best. I have been invited to sigep many times but I chose to not go there cuz of the evil stares from b's like you. Maybe since you only hang at sigep you have no idea how fun dtd is? Just cuz you dont get invited to their parties doesn't mean they aren't a top house.
Maybe the average opinion of YOUR friends is they dont like DTD but it's prob cuz you are never invited and don't know any of them.
Don't tell everyone what they should and shouldn't think and what house is better. Hanging out with fun nice guys is where it's at and I've found guys at KSig DTD Dchi and even fiji are way more friendly and nice than the sigeps who yes only hang out with one or two sororities.

Yeah... I never get invited to a party at DELT... is that a joke?! They'll literally invite everyone so they can have enough people in the house to consider it a party... My GDI guy friends from high school went to one..

Agreed. They're about where D chi is. One bad apple doesn't ruin the whole house. I've always loved them and was shocked to hear that news about them!

Sig Ep is a top house. Just because you don't get invited to their parties doesn't mean they're super exclusive, sorry. Anyone at KU would consider Sig Ep top.
Maybe you think DTD is fun because you hang out here, but I'm pretty sure the average opinion of sorority girls would put them at bottom tier. That doesn't mean no one likes them, it just means other houses are favored over them on average.
Plus, I don't know any frats that only socialize with just ONE or TWO houses. I hate when girls say that, literally anyone can go over to any house and they will welcome you with a beer bong and a handle of barton's.
