Seriously, there are only two frat houses that could be consider TOP.

Top:
Phi kappa Psi – These boys have it all. Smart, Classy Great parties. I can always party here and never worry about being abused. My favorite house
Delta Chi

Middle:
Beta – Smart, Classy boys. Would be Top if social life was better.
Delta Tau Delta
Phi Delta Theta
Kappa Sig
