designers?
by: questionWill sororities notice whether or not a PNM is wearing designer shoes/belt or a handbag? Would that kind of stuff be helpful? I am wondering because I cannot have those kind of things and I want to know how that will affect me.

This is true, trust me, those houses listed above put money in the top three importance. The other being who you know and maybe grades. Looks don't matter, obviously there are too many unattractive girls in those houses even though they claim they recruit for looks.
Plus the joke of a comment by @whatever is obviously a lie. Saying as long as you're not sloppy you can get in any house. LIES.

Good effort trying to be fair. We are going to be facing people like her the rest of our live .... those that will twist things to meet their own agenda, and practice the politics of envy.
Your right about PNMs, they need to just get it together. Dress nice, be polite, friendly and sociable. However, sometimes I think Pi Phi is over the top with that kind of designer stuff.

I'm in one of those houses you listed and trust me, I didn't have designer ANYTHING. Just look put together and not a sloppy mess and you'll be fine.
