i feel like this is actually true. Fiji is really making progress as is Delt. Been pretty impressed with their pledge classes. Sae is definitely falling because they're creeps and since SigEp's only associate with GPhis, they are definitely losing ground quickly. I disagree about kapsig though. great house. great parties.

No I kind of agree, give them credit when credit is due. Rising isn't necessary top, they are improving a lot

Fiji is getting a lot of new good pledges and delt is a solid house. Their gpa may suck but there's way more important things than gpa

SigEp used to be respectable at least but they've taken themselves out of any contention of being a top house because of their obsession with GPhi. GPhi being a house also in a steady downfall those houses have just gone off on their own and neither one has relevance anymore. Both sit together at the bottom.

I don't see why everyone says SAE is creepy. Maybe there's a small handful that are, but saying that all 80 something guys are creeps sounds a little exaggerated...

Sae is on the downfall. They're basically a fraternity with 10 different social groups. They don't go out together, it's just like 5 guys who all live together go out and don't even associate with the house as a whole. Don't even get me started on the nationals thing either.

That sounds like any greek organization, it's not like every single member in each fraternity/sorority goes out together...
