Top Tier: These houses are the most well connected and oldest. Along with being the most popular can’t go wrong with these three they are all different though.
Beta- The “smart” guys
Fiji- Big partiers
Phi Delt- Rich guys
Low Top:
These houses are basically the same thing as above.
Sig ep- best chapter in IFC
Phi psi- nicest house on campus
Snu- just good guys
Mid:
Starting to get to some of the weirder guys
Delt- top of the mid frats
Dchi- they have one party at the end of the year
Ksig- wannabe “frat” guys still a fine option
Low mid:
Last of the cool guys
Zbt- super nice
AKL- Chicago
Asig- good guys
