d chi will never be a good house. they have been at a standstill for the last 3 years. Idk if its because their house is kinda lame or because of their reputation, but it needs to change something and get better looking guys too.

sigep is not a top house. They aren't part of KU's social scene at all and only hang out with gphi.
DU isn't either. Way too exclusive only seem to hang out with KD's.
The rest are acurate and I do agree Dchi is good for the most part they have good parties but Tom Jones is too much. They need to scale that down to one day.

I would not put Sig Ep or Delta Chi as top tier.

Phi Delt, Sigma Chi, Kappa Sig, DU and Beta

SigEp is no where near a top house. They went WAY downhill this past year because of their obsession with gphi. They fell off the face of the earth.

Phi Delt and Beta are the 2 top houses...always will be....then a huge drop off
