Top Tier: FIJI, Beta, Phi Delt
Lower Top Tier: Sig Nu, Sig Ep, Phi Psi
Mid: Kap Sig, DChi, DTD
Lower Tier: ZBT, SAE, DU, Theta Chi
Bottom Tier: AKL, AEPI, Sig Pi, ASig.

Notes:
- Interesting how most of top frats aren’t even affiliated.
- Lower top frats are basically the same as top tier tbh, just a little lower though.
- Mid tier frats have some cool guys, but also some weirdos.
- Lower tier would be last of the cool guys or guys you’d wanna hang with.
- Bottom tier would be irrelevant. I’ve never heard of half of them.
- Social involvement, reputation and national recognition all play a role in these rankings.
- With DU taking their house back, interested to see how they fit on campus.
-Also interesting to see if AKL can stay somewhat relevant with DU taking their house back.

Feel like ZBT, and maybe DU in a year or 2 might be on par with the middle tier but pretty accurate otherwise

Not a terrible list, but Fiji is not top tier. I would agree Beta is top tier academically, but not a big difference between the next 5 - Phi Delt, Sig Ep, Phi Psi, Sig Nu, Fiji
