Tri deltas new house

Can someone pls confirm this information. I literally just went to pref tri delt as my #1 before lunch and a friend in my recruitment group said that construction on their new house doesn’t start til fall 2024 and will take a year or two to build?? Would this years pledges get to live in the new house and like where do we go while it’s being built, not saying I’ll get them for bid day for sure so don’t come for me

Who even cares if they have a new house, they have one of the worst one campus rn so it’s good they’re getting a new one. But a 10 million dollar house, as they have all made clear on social media, wouldn’t even be done for a long time. Idk about you but $10 million in my head would take AWHILE to complete so the people rushing rn wouldn’t even get to live in it

the house is not going to be finished in a year. that’s too high of an expectation for a house that they want. i give it 3-4 years MIN. to be built
