OK to rush sophomore year?

I’m an incoming freshman guy, out of state. I’d rather give it a year before I rush. Do the houses take many sophomores?

Lots of houses take sophs, but I’d recommend rushing as a frosh

The good houses usually limit sophomores to only a handful per class
