There are other ranks with Chi O lower. I happen to think that they're a great house. Maybe not very top -- you can argue both ways on that. But at least they're way up there.

This fabricated tier is only accurate if you're ranking the most conceited snobby exclusive stuck up girls. This is not accurate except for maybe the person who wrote it (Obviously a gphi). Gphi's have been self ranking and self promoting for a long time everyone knows this list is a complete joke
