So do any houses take Juniors during formal? Or is someone who is interested and older just out of luck?

Ahh so if all the houses cut someone before that they're just screwed. That makes more sense now. Good luck with that.

Because someone getting cut from EVERY house before pref is a usual and likely occurrence.

What percentage of girls going out for rush and not dropping on purpose actually end up getting a bid? I know around a thousand girls rushed last year but i don't know how many got in houses.
