'top' houses

From what I can see, it appears as if 'top' houses are based on looks. If Pi phi didn't have such hot girls they'd be an average house. And sigma chi and phi delt?!?!? All they have that makes them stand out is that most of them are gorgeous. They have no real parties and basically don't exist on campus. I'm not saying those houses don't have other good qualities like grades. But even after that video both pi phi and sig chi are still considered top. Why? I'd say it's because 99% of the people in both houses are hot.
